HJWAVE (CEO Tae-hwan Yoo) 

HJTECH (hj-company.com), a specialized company manufacturing electrical components, announced on the 29th that Tae-Hwan Yoo has been appointed as CEO. HJTECH was acquired by HJWAVE (CEO Tae-Hwan Yoo), a specialized company in millimeter wave RF, in November 2023 with a 100% stake. 

An official from HJTECH said, “In addition to electrical components, we changed the company name and replaced the CEO in order to expand the manufacturing area based on our technological prowess in the millimeter wave band and to reestablish our image as a market leader. We will be reborn as the best millimeter wave manufacturer in Asia Pacific.”

CEO Yoo Tae-hwan stated, “Through the synergy of HJTECH’s manufacturing capabilities and HJWAVE’s millimeter wave RF technology, we plan to grow into a one-stop solution provider for customers, from product development to manufacturing and supply. To maximize the synergy between the two companies, we are currently building radar and antenna manufacturing facilities.” 

He added, “In particular, we will strengthen our responsible management culture to manage the company transparently and ethically.”
