​HJWAVE (CEO: Tae-hwan Yoo), a millimeter wave RF specialized company, announced that it has relocated its headquarters and research center to Pangyo Techno Valley 2 to better respond to customers and reinforce infrastructure. HJWAVE

CEO Tae-hwan Yoo stated that “This decision was made to effectively develop technologies through close-range business promotion and cooperation with customers in autonomous driving, mobile communications, etc., as well as to proactively reinforce talent with both expertise and diversity.” He added, “Based on the KRW 8 billion in investment attracted in the pre-A series this year, we expect to achieve sales that exceeded our original business plan, and we have been able to achieve results in expanding our business area from parts (radar antennas) to equipment (radar EOL testers).” He said, “We plan to continue investing in securing additional manufacturing capabilities for millimeter wave RF components, equipment, and EMS, as well as expanding our business areas of mobile communications and satellite communications and advancing into the global market.” In the future,

HJ Wave is establishing a plan to utilize the Pangyo area for its headquarters and research institute and to separate its manufacturing operations to other areas, and is currently working on reinforcing the human infrastructure of its management organization for expansion into different industries and global advancement as well as its research personnel accordingly. In addition, it expects to see visible results from its business promotion for cooperation with global battlefield companies in Europe in the second half of this year and for advancing into the mobile communications business in the US and Japan, and plans to push for a leap forward as a comprehensive RF solution provider by expanding its existing business areas into civilian radar, ITS, surveillance border, security, and mobile communication module businesses.
